ACSI (association for culture, sport and leisure) is a national one, promoting social issue within the cultural - sporting and leisure field. It was founded on April 6, 1960 in Rome with contract signed at the presence of Attorney Sabelli.

ACSI is as well a sporting board, acknowledged by CONI as to National Council Law on June 24, 1976 - in accordance to national bill n° 530, Aug 2, 1974.

ACSI has been acknowledged by the Minister of National Affairs as national board for social issues as to law on Dec 27, 1986.

Since 1999, ACSI has been member of CSIT (Confederation Sportive Internationale Du Travail - International Labour Sports Confederation), international sporting board (sports for all) with CIO. CAP recognition.
