The promotion of the use of ITC for learning purposes is one of the objectives of the program and also of the programs Comenius, Erasmus, Grundtvig and Leonardo.


The key activity “ICT” completes these programs: ITCs are used to teach two or more sectors. The activity relies on the potention of ITCs as they are catalysts of innovation, social and educational evolution.

This does not concern directly technology but they way learning learning can benefit from ICT (simulations, learning while discovering, re-motivation in school dropouts, learning in extra-school environments, flexible lifelong learning to fill in the digital gap)T.
